Available Party Packages
The Highlands County Family YMCA offers several tiers of celebration packages to ensure your event is a success. All standard packages come equipped with 4 tables and 6 chairs per table for your guests.
The Classic package is available for $150 for Members and $200 for Non-Members. This package includes 90 minutes of your choice of a Basketball Court, the Pool, or a Private Celebration Space. Additionally, this package includes 90 minutes of private celebration space time.
The Active Duo package costs $200 for Members and $250 for Non-Members. It features 60 minutes of access to the Pool or Basketball Court along with 60 minutes in a Private Celebration Space.
The Designer Suite is priced at $300 for Members and $350 for Non-Members. This package includes 90 minutes of Basketball or Pool time, 90 minutes in a Private Celebration Space, a Balloon Arch, and professional Decor Assistance.
The Mega All-Star is our most comprehensive package at $400 for Members and $450 for Non-Members. It includes 60 minutes on the Basketball Court, 60 minutes in the Pool, and 90 minutes in a Private Celebration Space. Additionally, this package provides a Balloon Arch, a Custom Painted Birthday sign, Decor Assistance, and access to the splash pad area.

Party Policies and
Requirements
Reservations and Payments
All parties must be reserved at least 1 month in advance to ensure proper staffing and facility preparation. The full party deposit is due 7 days before the scheduled event. A cash deposit equal to 25% of the party package is required upon arrival. This deposit is returned only after a YMCA Manager confirms the area is clear of all food, trash, and personal decorations. Stays exceeding the registered time block will incur a strictly enforced fee of $25.00 per 15 minutes.
Guest Access and Security
A typed or clearly printed list of all participants, including adults and children, must be submitted to the Front Desk before the party starts. Only individuals on this list will be granted entry to maintain security and fire code compliance. Standard packages include up to 24 participants. Groups exceeding this number will be charged $5.00 per additional person, regardless of activity participation.
Swim Safety and Pool Rules
Safety is the top priority. Every youth swimmer must pass a YMCA swim test to enter deep water. Lifeguards have final authority and may require any participant to wear a lifejacket. Children who do not pass or take the test must stay in the shallow end within arm's reach of a supervising adult (18+) at all times. For children ages 6 and under, a 1:2 adult-to-child ratio is mandatory in the water.
Facility Conduct
One adult (18+) must remain with the group for every 10 children at all times to monitor behavior in all areas of the building. To protect the facility, the use of glitter, confetti, silly string, piñatas, and wall-damaging adhesives like nails, tacks, or standard tape is strictly prohibited. Use of these items results in immediate forfeiture of the cleaning deposit. The YMCA is a drug-free zone; alcohol, tobacco, and vaping are prohibited on all property.
Health and Safety
The YMCA is not an allergen-free facility, and cross-contamination may occur; the host is responsible for notifying guests of this risk. The YMCA reserves the right to terminate any event immediately without refund if guests engage in unsafe behavior or fail to follow staff instructions.
