Join us every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 10:30am with Beth Ann Record for chair yoga! You may be wondering 'what is chair yoga'? Well, chair yoga is a modified form of yoga that is practiced while sitting on a chair or using a chair for support. It is designed to make yoga accessible to individuals who may have mobility issues, balance problems, or difficulty getting up and down from the floor.

Chair yoga includes a variety of gentle yoga poses, stretches, and breathing exercises that can be performed while seated, providing the benefits of traditional yoga, such as improved flexibility, strength, relaxation, and stress relief. It is often used as a form of therapeutic exercise and is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, making it an inclusive option for those who may not be able to participate in regular standing or floor-based yoga classes.
